The Oil and Gas area of practice consists of a multidisciplinary team comprising the areas of M&A, infrastructure, project finance, environment, tax, labor, antitrust, civil litigation. Focus is given to regulatory matters concerning projects related to exploration, development, production, refining, distribution, trading, imports and exports of oil and natural gas.
